Facilitate the business risk process within Sunbulah to identify and minimize any potentially serious threats to the business.
Develop and implement a comprehensive audit plan and conduct Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Audits, reviews and assessments to identify areas of improvement and to assess overall performance and make recommendations for action.
Performance management and ensure continuing competency of the Poultry EHSS Team.
Contribute to the various group Project Stakeholders to ensure consistency of advice and standards.
Liaising with external security providers-private and governmental sources to ensure all Sunbulah assets are protected and information sources are accurate.
Liaise with the head of Environmental, health, safety and security to ensure that accurate intelligence briefings for key head office staff are provided.
Conducts investigation of all losses of property assets and refers to proper management for disposition.
Deploys security staff to effectively monitor and protect property assets.
Completes proper documentation and reports all employee accident and general liability incidents to Claims Reporting Service.

COMMUNICATION WITH EXTERNAL PARTIES CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHED HS&E MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
MANAGE/COORDINATE QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
Advise and coordinate to the safety officers for proper implementation of health & safety & environment policy.
Advise management to resolve current HSE problems on the site and coordination with the site engineers, supervisor & foreman.
Prepare HSE weekly/monthly reports.
Advise and instruct safety officers in conducting safety meeting on the site.
Monitor all activities and arrange all requirements to make sure all works are being done in line with HSE norms.
Advise and coordinate to the safety officers in preparing and control tool box talk meeting.
Advise site management staff to adopt proper implementation and safe working methods & procedure to minimize accident prevention.
Ensure effective implementation of HSE as per HSE rules & regulations and ISO 18001, 14001 Standards by coordinating with site Project executing personnel.
Site Auditing
Providing HSE Training for Site Personnel and to the employees.
Safety meeting with safety advisory team, work supervisor.
Responsible for ensuring all functions are performed in accordance with relevant Health, Safety and Environmental and Company Policies and Procedures.
Monitors the control of potentially hazardous chemicals and substances and ensures that the material safety data sheet (MSDS) system is maintained and communicated. Marking and labeling of vessels, piping and containers, etc is to be monitored and maintained.
Performing safety induction and orientation of all new personnel.
Providing HSE related information's to Civil & Oil sector - HSE personal & ensuring requested HSE reports are getting submitted to HSE department as per schedule by coordinating with site personnel.
Monitor all activities / works at the civil & oil sector and arrange all requirements to make sure all works are being done in line with HSE norms.
Ensue effective implementation of HSE as per HSE rules & regulations requirements by coordinating with site HSE &project executing personnel.
Periodically conduct audits at Civil & Oil sector project sites and verify the compliance of HSE Implementation.
Providing HSE Training for Civil & Oil sector HSE Personnel and to the employees.
Supports and promotes Health, Safety & Environmental programs, general safety awareness by use of continuous improvement principles, effective communication, safety meetings, audits, investigations, and team involvement.
Planning, co-ordination, development, review and monitoring of emergency exercises, drills and act as On Scene Coordinator (HSE Specialist).
Develop, review and amendment of procedures, compiling Health, Safety and Environmental audits, reports and records.
