► Manage the BIM process supported by the necessary tools across HDP’ offices in UAE & Jordan and other international consultants as well.
► Promote the digitization workflow throughout the organization.
► Assisting procurement team in tender development and award i.e. BIM capability assessment, execution plan, level of information needed and models.
► Work in collaboration with other design disciplines applying BIM solutions to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
► Supporting, mentoring and coaching team members to further develop competencies and provide opportunities to learn and develop i.e. Revit, Dynamo, Revit Add-ins, Navisworks, BIM360.
► Provide technical advice to team members, to support them in their delivery on the project.
► Manage the performance of BIM practitioners in the project team, identifying and ensuring the resolution of any issues.
► Providing strategic leadership of BIM across the division to ensure the successful implementation and development of BIM processes.
► Manage the production of, and quality assure BIM deliverables to ensure that they meet/exceed client expectations as well as HDP requirements, and that they comply with national standards and codes of practice.
► Performing the role of Project Information Manager and/or Task Team Manager for all BIM outputs and deliverables.
► Chairing BIM review meetings/workshops with Client including consultants.
► Coach and guide parties in the implementation and application of BIM.
► Liaise with the project team, client and consultants to review all BIM models for the project and make any necessary amendments.
► Champion the use of BIM while balancing its application to ensure meaningful project and client benefits are achieved.
► Engage with clients and support them to develop, implement and manage systems and procedures for Employer CDE, such as BIM360.
► Keep up to date with developments in the industry sector and with technical and legislative developments.
► Monitoring projects progress through the execution from Schematic design stage to IFC stage within timeframe.
► Monitor project model development and manage the integrity and proper organization of BIM data.
► Provide ongoing Revit technical support to the project team.
► Mentor the team on best practices and tips and tricks to improve workflow.
► Led a team of architects and Carried out projects from Concept design stage adherence to standards and regulations.
► Coordinating architectural and engineering teams in the implementation of BIM and in the use of Revit.
► Manage to conduct visual audits and clash detection and carry out model validation checks, coordination reviews and liaise with third party model managers for resolutions.

► Coordinated between different disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP), attending technical meetings with other consultants and suppliers (Interior, Planning, Landscape, VT, Traffic.) and brainstormed and reduced the discrepancies between other departments delivering middle technical solutions.

►Supported and assisted lead Architect in all phases of a project with various responsibilities.
► Produced shop drawings for all interior finishes, checked Specifications as per tender drawings and identify and issue RFIs for field problems.
