Acting as senior Accountant reporting to chief accountant.
Tasks
Prepare Monthly Financial statements (Balance sheet, income statements, cash flow. etc. and monthly Management reports & satisfy audit requirements, participate with chief accountant preparing budget for a whole company. Prepare sheets for risk analysis. Review facilities contracts from banks before sending to financial manager provides Banks with Any analysis required for Banks for new facilities, make comparison between financial, projects results, and make analysis for all company projects each month (monthly wise), compare with budget figures, Determine variances and ratios, and discuss with project managers reasons for cost variances items (Manpower cost, subcontractors cost, materials, etc. & Prepare Quarterly Board Of Directors Reports.

main job tasks and responsibilities
a) For suppliers and inventory :
Review invoices and requests Sort and match invoices and check requests Prepare and process suppliers checks Prepare in advance checks for cash suppliers Produce monthly reports for suppliers Review the good received by store keeper with the amount in supplier invoices Confirm suppliers accounts each financial periods Perform with inventory committee the periodic and physical count Determine the economic levels of storage Evaluate the inventories at the end of the periods Assist in quarterly and end year closing
b) For subcontractors
Review the payment certificate for subcontractors according to the contracts
Prepare monthly reports for subcontractors Prepare and process subcontractors checks
