Shop Assistant Manager
Duties:

 Ensure shop timings are strictly followed by all staff.
 Ensure all customers are attended to by the sales staff & customer requirements and aspirations understood .
 Ensure proper product and price information is given to the customer; assist the sales person in case of difficulty.
 Ensure all Security standards are being met.
 Assist shop manager in preparation of various reports.
 Keep self-knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the shop manager and take over in his/her absence.
 Dealing with customers of different nationality and doing effective sale.
 Attending the customer, fulfilling their requirements, closing the sale handling cash and card transactions
 Having strong knowledge in Gold, Diamond, pearls.
 Dealing with many international brands.
 Knowledge in ISO-9000 standards for Documentation.
 Doing Stock taking of the valuables in the shop on everyday basis.
 Doing visual merchandizing for the shop.
 Taking customer repair and orders.
 Evaluating the customer Gold for exchange or purchase.
 Making everyday sales summary, arranging the documents and Cash to send to H.O.
 Having thorough knowledge in Microsoft Navision and DVR snappy security systems.
 Coordinating with other sales staff making a friendly environment to boost the sale
