Managing a group to accomplish the following duties:
(1) Overseeing the maintenance and operation of machines.
(2) Ensuring that proper maintenance is performed on equipment and acting as a communications contact between the ground-level work of a company and the higher management executives.
(3) Manage group of operators, mechanics, electricians, welders, and helpers.
(4) Reduce down-time.
(5) Schedule Maintenance.
(6) Follow up with customer’s needs.
(7) Checks and certifies outside purchases of services or materials as required.
(8) Experience with SAUDI ARAMCO sites.

I am working for Mantrac Egypt (Caterpillar authorized dealer), as a field maintenance engineer. I am responsible for handling customer's complains, and taking required actions towards solving them.
Simply what I am doing in points:
(1) Trouble-shooting machine related problems, & figuring out the actual root causes.
(2) Preparing quotations for the required spare parts.
(3) Writing brief technical reports about the machine problem. Summarizing & explaining the problem's root cause.
(4) Reporting site or customer problems to the supervisor.
(5) Making product & application recommendations clear to the customer, to ensure proper machine operation, & lowering machine downtime.
(6) Informing customers with changes in technology, & introduce new products that would enhance their business
* Execute all levels of maintenance & Troubleshooting for Earth-moving Machines (PM, CM).
* Direct experience with "CATERPILLAR" Products.

(Process development -Lean Manufacture-Six Sigma - redesigns production lines and assembling lines).
