•Providing Project management & consultancy for Qatar Petroleum for Aerial Images & Software system.
•Providing consultancy studies for KAHRAMAA for implementing their Vehicle tracking system.
•Pre-sales activities, strategic planning, consultancy, project planning and project control, as well as post-project evaluation, process improvements, technical writing, Project closure while adhering to PMI principles and methods.
•Developing hundreds of RFPs, REFs, and RFQs, technical & financial winning proposals.
•Presales activities for facility management applications and change detection application for Public works Authority and new Doha port apart from conducting presentations/ proposals on products & services to customers.
•Involved in planning & development of Doha 3D City Modeling project; focus on new project with "The Pearl Qatar", for cadastre and facility management solution.

• Developed the project business requirements and preparation of User Requirement Study.
•Developed REF for process standardization & automation apart from database design document.
•Led the team in development of LIS Application and conducted meetings with MOH staff pertaining to business requirements.

• Involved in designing of school management system database based on Oracle RDBMS apart from collation of user requirements.
• Monitored & guided the development of school management system aimed at assisting educational planners in setting up of new schools, rehabilitation & expansion of existing infrastructure with production maps at district & sub-district levels.
• Developed web based system for schools with oracle database and digital maps in Saudi Arabia for the capital of Riyadh, monitored data migration process and published project on the internet using ArcIMS 4.0, Html, Java Applets and Animated Gifs.
