A. Strategic planning and objectives
1. Review and update environmental scanning results, SWOT analysis
2. Prepare outline for company objectives - balance scorecard.
3. review programs/projects plan in the light of corporate / top management missions and strategies.
4. prepare periodical reports of objectives progress, meetings and end-of-year meeting of overall strategic directions evaluation.
B. integrated Management systems
1. ISO Systems :
o Lead integrity of quality management system with HSE system.
o Review and approve main policies and SOP’s before approval
o Prepare the internal audit plan to cover all activities/ processes.
o Review resulted reports from internal and external audits and corrective actions.
o Prepare periodical reports of NCR progress for management reviews meetings.
2. Integration with other systems
o review policies of out-of-scope ISO systems (financial -SC policies - HR expenses policies - …….)
C. Business excellence and improvement
1. Review current defectives and wastes reports through ERP system and QC report.
2. Establish PE department to follow up continuous improvement projects (lean - six sigma) through different departments.
3. Build, review and maintain QC statistical database and reports.
D. Customers/suppliers relationship
1. Company representative of all 3rd party audits by customers and their requirements.
2. Prepare Prequalification files required to be approved supplier for our customers.
3. Follow-up and investigate customer complaints, customer satisfaction surveys and required actions.
4. Supplier audits to ensure their ability to introduce compatible products for our company.
E. Trainer for concepts of (management systems - strategic planning and objectives planning -lean six sigma -improvement tools- QC tools, ……..)
• Lead the project of system upgrading to be compatible
• with the new issues of management systems standards
• Coordinate internal and third party QHSE audits, Follow up NCR and corrective & preventive actions implementation.
• Prepare analysis reports finding to management on:
• Non-conformity reports and root cause analysis quality inspections and laboratory.
• Customer complaints Collect and analysis
• Customer satisfaction data and follow-up its corrective action.
• Prepare management review inputs, execute management review meeting & follow up meeting outputs.
• Responsible for customer’s prequalification approvals requirements.
Review management system to ensure its compliance with the system requirements and improve its efficiency.
•Rehabilitation of the company to obtain ISO 18001(OHSAS), ISO 14001 Certifications.
•Help safety and environment staff to identify risks at the workplace, prepare risk assessment, determine control solutions for hazardous places;
•prepare & carry out quality audit plan, internal and external audits
•Follow up NCR and the corrective & preventive actions implementation
Rehabilitation of the company to obtain ISO 14001(EMS), ISO 18001(OHSAS) Certifications.
•Rebuilding & maintenance of ISO 9001 (QMS) system.
•Follow the implementation of internal audits for the previous Systems.
•Member of the team who is responsible for applying lean six sigma approach.
