Defining the suitable margin for the tender
projects
Build-up, maintain and develop good relationships with customers Provide ideas and suggestions
Making the needed site survey and communicating with clients
Issuing the tender commercial and technical offers
Participating in the negotiation cycle to get the contract
Setting the projects budget to work accordingly during the construction phase
Study and analysis all contract documents of the assigned projects
Take part in the project management review and risk management review
1. Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships
a. Collect customer information on the market, build customer file.
b. Maintenance of key customers.
c. Investigation, tracking and analysis of customer needs, provide customer services
d. Organizations do a good job in customer information feedback and transfer to properly handle the customer's opinions and Suggestions
2. Project operation
a. The customer needs and market information collection, analysis, feedback and tracking, to dig and capture market opportunities.
b. Project planning and promoting;
c. Work with project team members, promote the project progress; According to the project, coordinate internal support resources
d. Responsible for organize and arrange sales contract bidding, a signed and executed, cash collection process;
3. Market control
a. Understand competitors’ sales activities and status.
b. Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities, develop new markets.
Searching for new customers who might benefit from company products or services
Developing long-term relationships with customers.
Understanding Scope of work, estimating and selling a suitable solution to meet / exceed a gross margin budget
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, tracking orders, quality and delivery
Maintaining a post- sale relationship
Analyze customer needs and develop maintenance plan options for proposal to customer
Prepare sales quotations and proposals
Identify and prepare all necessary bid and proposal documents
Supporting marketing activities by attending conferences and other marketing events.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
Target all plants specially cement companies inside and outside Egypt “ supply, erection and commissioning a lot of Electrical and Automation projects “ include MV, LV Equipments such as “ Power Generators, Control systems, LVDB, ATS, UPS, MCC, Power Cables, …… etc
Main Task :
• Searching for new customers who might benefit from company products or services
• Developing long-term relationships with customers.

• Maintaining a post- sale relationship

• Follow up on submitted quotations and tenders until they are awarded
• Generate daily and weekly reports for the Manager
• Supporting marketing activities by attending conferences and other marketing events.

• Create a customer data base from the daily activity report.

Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs. Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
Improving health and safety policies and procedures.
Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
