• Set goals and objectives for the after sales function which includes an operation budget and a market plan to promote new and repeat business.
• Keep up-to-date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
• Ensure that service is performed at the highest level.
• Responsible for controlling costs and meeting sales and profit objectives for maintenance and parts within the region.
• Build a loyal customer base using AUTOMANGEMENT system.
• KPI’s study and preparing productivity report.
• Responsible for repairing and operating a large wide of heavy equipment by leading a group of operators and technicians with the following tasks:
• Manage daily workshop activities, equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure the preventive maintenance program accord and mange diagnosis on machines according to the original manufacturing specifications’.
• Manage third-party certificates and customer care standards.
• Evaluated and approved hiring, firing and promotions requests.
• Making purchasing orders for the required spare parts
• Craning and rigging studies for lifting operations.
• Maintaining preventive and emergency maintenance for site machines and trucks at the highest standards.

1- Sinai Cement Company (Alarish - Egypt) from Feb. 2008 to June 2008.
2- Mass global Cement Company (Atbara- Sudan) from June 2008 to Aug. 2011
