Responsible for the preparation of scope documentation, technical specifications, tender documentation and evaluation of 3rd party engineering design documents, and provision of technical input to the project as and when required. Also in
charge of the daily management of all operational projects including meeting work schedules.
Duties
• Monitoring design errors and make recommendations to stop their reoccurrence.
• Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals.
• Estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery.
• Testing soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
• Compiling, checking and approving reports.
