• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

•Generating and developing non-member business accounts in order to increase revenue through cold calling and site visit all over GCC region. Cover over 4 million dollar sales per year.
•Generating new accounts such as Qatar Gas, Ras Gas, Qataer electric & water company, Petroleium development in Oman & ADNC in UAE.
•Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
•Provide & support our field team for new project with all necessary EQ, manpower & commendations.
•Effectively attending conferences and exhibitions (OTC).

Field Engineer (2007 - 2012) MSI (Marking Services Inc) Houston TX & GCC Region

• Visit Oil Refineries, Petrochemical plants, Oil Rigs & Power Plants in the USA & GCC countries to perform a walk down to identify & find equipments in site in order to help with amount of work need it.
• Go over the scope of work with operations and make sure to meet their needs & expectation.
• Ability to read P&IDs and trace down pipe lines.
• Send job orders & communicate with our manufactures;
• Supervise & execute a plan for installers to make sure our products install smoothly and to meet our deadline.
• Send projects update reports to client & my management.

• Providing high-quality technical support for the Hub spot software program across the US;
• Participation in providing training to customers as required.
• Deliver effective technical customer support to customers, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies.
