my duties )
1- doing payroll for more than 160 employees . in the SAP program (doing payroll and run system in the SAP program , print PAYSLIP and WAGES after run the system, post the salary for each month, doing every mothdeductions, allowances and loans in SAP, doing hiring for any new employee , calculate End of services in SAP program)
2- doing every moth the allowances, like (housing allowance . traveling allowance ) . in SAP program
3- responsible about guardianship for cars, laptops, mobile SIM .
4- Check the attendance for all employees and create report for etch moth .
5- archiving etch employees files.
6- create and follow up internal and external letters .
7- Follow-up company governmental documents continuously and renew if necessary and to pay related fees .
8- Follow up Employees ID (EQAMA & passport ) .
9- Implementation of the decisions adopted by Management
10- Follow up and renewal the medical insurance for all Employees, and take the prices offer from insurance companies .
11- I have good experienceabout Ministry of Labor Saudi Arabia rule and Social Security, (MOQEEM SYSTEM . TAAM SYSTEM . NETAQAT SYSTEM) 12- calculate End of services . in the SAP program
13- Work experience in SAP program (HR.Department )
I have driver license ( Saudi Arabia )
