Installation & Commissioning and Maintenance of Power System (Software & Hardware)

• Work in medium Voltage, arc-proof, air- insulated, metal -clad switchgear (11 kv) (ABB & Schneider)
• Work in ABB Drives ( ACS 1000 (3.3 KV))
• work in ABB Drives (ACS 800 Multidrive and ACS 800 Multidrive Modules (690 V) DC Bus
• work in L.V Switch Boards (Schneider) (400V)
• work in (ABB & SCHNEIDER & SIEMENS and DANFOUS) AC Drives

Design & commissioning& Installation of automation system (Software & hardware)
• Understand the process flow sheet (P&ID) of minerals manufacturing.
• Prepare sensors, motors and package interface list.
• Prepare I /O list and signal according to physical location.
• specify the required number if I/O card by area) DI/DO/AI/AO)
• Specify the number of racks for each area and the number of I/O cards for each rack.
• Choose the required cabinets dimensions according to the number of racks & the internal design of the cabinet.
• Prepare The Power Supply distribution for cabinets.
• Prepare junction box distribution.


• Prepare cable & loop diagram list.
• Prepare logic diagram.
• Prepare graphic pages.
• Implement the program.
• Site commissioning (test I/O signals & sequence of operation stability)
• Calibration of instrumentation and sensors.
• Communicating between modules with different protocols (Profibus, modbus and
Asi bus)
• Installation of motor control center (MCC) & motor drives and integrate it with the system.
• Integrate the medium voltage and low voltage panels with the system.
• Installation of fire alarm system.
