Functional tasks and responsibilities
Responsibility for participation in the company's overall management responsibilities include planning, organization, and development in addition to raising the company's name in the market and increase their profits.
The responsibility for the integration of employees and implementation of the Action Plan and Budget. In addition to developing and improving the quality policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
1- Manage the operations and maintenance staff to ensure timely production and distribution of products within quality standards, high uniformity, and optimum production costs.
2- Responsible for the development and execution of annual operating plans.
3- Oversees the development and supervises the execution of Capital Expenditure plans
4- Reviews cost reports to locate excessive expenses and takes necessary corrective action.
5- Prepare short and long range development plans
6- Establish goals that reflect continuous improvement in plant operations
7- Assure environmental compliance and clean plant operations
8- Proactively manage health & safety of employees to continuously improve the company's health & safety performance
9- Train and develop supervisors to provide management depth; provide motivation and career enhancement for all employees
10- Review requests and make decisions regarding the purchase of new equipment and supplies
11- Participate directly in labor relations, including grievance handling; member of the contract negotiating team
12- Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for salary increase
13- Assess the operating results and reviewing strategies on a regular basis.
14- Regularly visit branches and sales staff for working conditions that affect the company's operational productivity.
15- Propose any addition or deletion or sell any of the fixed assets in the company.
16- Assess the performance of all managers and strive to improve their skills.
17- Review staff performance appraisals, and the proposed salary increases and promotions.
18- Clarify responsibilities and authorities of each supervisory level within the company.
19- Follow-up and maintain the company's relationships government departments, customers and suppliers.
20- Review and approve financial statements and analysis of the company and explanations required
I have an experience in maintenance & mechanical design engineer & technical affair & technical office and some new projects which I shared with our team in Egypt Aluminum Company (EGYPTALUM) and Suez steel company and fiberboard company
Computer programs such as AutoCAD - 3D-plantry (piping) -Ms Office - solid work
