5-The issuance of appropriate decisions on how to storage in accordance with the nature of stocks In addition, ensures that the warehouse workplace utilized in effective and efficient way by Plans warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization.
6- Monitoring the stock inventory (daily, weekly and monthly) Depending on material kind and type and the item moving in the warehouse. In addition, make sure to match the quantities and make sure of the safety procedures and exchange of receipt.
7- Make Assure for Practice the standard safety procedures in the warehouse.
8- Creates and implements all related KPIs for easily measure the warehouse operations performance.
9- Ensure that stock levels of the materials is monitored and ensure material availability and distribution in the warehouse as per predefined levels.
10- Responsible for ongoing Inventory Management reports and non-conformance updates and follow up.
11- Perform cycle counts.
12- Ensures FIFO is followed for all transaction.
13- Verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigating discrepancies or adjust errors.
14- Implementing health and safety procedures.
15-Monitoring & supervising the warehouse.
1-In charge of managing the database and ensuring that the accuracy of classification, description, and prices of products are accurate at all times.
2-Monitor inventory transfer and follow-up of shortages arising from internal transfers.
3-Process duly approved inventory adjustment and all related transactions in internal system
4-Create and maintain the database by making the correction of references, description, barcodes.
5-Generating daily sale report and forwarded to the managers.
6- Validating and entries in the system.
7-Exporting of necessary reports on month end.
