- Conduct meetings with Departments head to discuss Required/Suggested enhancement for all modules.
- Get approval for any required enhancement.
- Create/Update required documents in order to share with technical team to be implemented.
- GAP analysis document creation.
- End user requirement validation with required support document to be recorded and deliver to technical team.
- Integration issues (Third party systems) to be Tracked, Documented and share with technical team.

- KFUPM Chart of Account Restructure based on Revised MOF Code.
- Define the new values for Chart of Accounts (Natural Account And new MOF Code).
- Create/Change/Modify (as needed) required setup entities that would use the new chart of accounts.
- Review/Update (where applicable) all customization and developed reports to accommodate newly implemented accounts.
- Define 2016 Budget based on revised MOF Code (Rollup Groups, Summary Templates, Organization, Ranges, Assignments, Budget JV/s …Etc).
- Ensure smooth transformation especially at year- ‐end and avail flexible alternatives to close current year with existing chart of accounts.
- Post Go-Live Support.

- Provide supervision on the implementation of the ERP and application systems, act as a customer project manager to facilitate and organize the project progress.
- Facilitate communication between users, consultant teams, and management teams effectively and in a timely manner.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of ERP modules. Keep Maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications when required.
- Applying proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide development team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of information system.
- Interact with business representatives to gather requirements, prioritize work, develop enhancements to the existing system, coordinate testing, and perform change management/training for Reporting and applications.
- Work directly with the business and IT team to prioritize, design, plan, manage, and deliver reporting and solutions.
- Understand standard ERP content to satisfy Business requirements, and enhance/customize where necessary.
- Collaborated with key users to develop "as-is" & "to-be" process instructions and flow.

- Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.

- Demonstrate the value of the new Solutions in solving problems by focusing on one-on-one interaction with key decision maker.
- Assess the current status of any implemented ERP by conducting analysis in order to provide a gap analysis report with recommendation that shall be used for upgrading.
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
- Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Manage resources in accordance with project schedule.
- Post implementation audit and check providing the strength and weakness points.
- Provide functional support over all modules ( Financials, Inventory, Purchasing and HR/Payroll as well ).

- Team leader of Arabtec Saudi Arabia oracle team, manage and trace all issues related to all modules (Financials, Purchasing, Project costing, core HRMS and Payroll, Inventory).
- Act as consulting lead on project engagements in software selection, implementation, and organizational change management.
- Coordinate, plan and direct Oracle Team to deliver their services and associated projects and tasks.
- Interface with Managers, Key users, End users to understand their business, need for changes and collect/document requirements
- Provide professional consulting services to address the requirements analysis “as is” and systems specifications “to be” as well as drafting the solution to be implemented according to the requirements and Scope.

- Part time two weeks, UAT and Training. Ex-Employer Nesma required Arabic speaker consultant to conduct UAT. As there was no Arabic speaker consultant available, contacted me and done that task as Part time for two weeks work for my EX-Company with documented and training as well.

- Support all NESMA subsidiaries users and Key users at Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
- Work as Project Manager Assistant (Namma Shipping Co. Implementation done by Qemma Consultancy Co.).
- Work as Project Manager Assistant (Nesma United Implementation done by Nesma Advanced Technology Co.).
- Requirement gathering for further analysis as per customer request.
- Create project documents which responding to the Nesma Chocolate business needs to implement those business requirements into Oracle Applications using AIM methodology senior consultant supervision.
