OVERSEEING THE SELECTION AND REQUISITION OF MATERIALS AND PLANT.

OR ARCHITECT.
LIAISING WITH CLIENTS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES (ARCHITECTS, ENGINEERS AND SURVEYORS),
INCLUDING ATTENDING REGULAR MEETINGS TO KEEP THEM INFORMED OF PROGRESS.

PLANNING THE WORK AND EFFICIENTLY ORGANIZING THE PLANT AND SITE FACILITIES IN ORDER TO MEET

OVERSEEING QUALITY CONTROL AND HEALTH AND SAFETY MATTERS ON SITE.
PREPARING REPORTS AS REQUIRED.
RESOLVING ANY UNEXPECTED TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND OTHER PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE.
ACTING AS THE MAIN TECHNICAL ADVISER ON A CONSTRUCTION SITE FOR SUBCONTRACTORS, CRAFTS PEOPLE AND OPERATIVES;
SETTING OUT, LEVELING AND SURVEYING THE SITE;
CHECKING PLANS, DRAWINGS AND QUANTITIES FOR ACCURACY OF CALCULATIONS;
ENSURING THAT ALL MATERIALS USED AND WORK PERFORMED ARE AS PER SPECIFICATIONS;
OVERSEEING THE SELECTION AND REQUISITION OF MATERIALS AND PLANT;
MANAGING, MONITORING AND INTERPRETING THE CONTRACT DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUPPLIED BY THE CLIENT OR ARCHITECT;

SPECIFICATIONS, METHOD STATEMENT AND SAFETY RULES.

PLANNING OF ERECTION SEQUENCE AS PER SITE CONDITIONS
INSPECTION OF ALL PILINE THAT ERECTED AD MESUARE ALIGNMENT OF LINES
MAKE PUNCH LIST OF PIPLINE INSPECTED
CONFORMING LINE CHECK AS PER P&ID, PUNCH LIST PREPARATION, FOLLOW UP OF FINAL

➢ Review all drawing piping and Mech. And make modification if required.
➢ Install and erect all equipment (belt conveyors, chain conveyors, rotary valves and Pumps)
➢ Check for alignment and mechanical work for all equipment after installation
➢ Responsible for start-up and commissioning for a " Rotary Dryer"
➢ Responsible for commissioning for all "Rotary Dryer" auxiliary (Pumps, Belt Conveyors, Chain Conveyers, cooling water system, Condensate Tank and steam pipeline system.)
➢ RELOCATION of another "Rotary Dryer" from place to another without using cranes.
➢ Design protection covers for all Rotating parts, Belt conveyors, and Gears.
➢ Supervision for all activity in SITE
➢ Follow up Punch list closing with the owner
