*Review general ledger transaction, daily journal.
Reconcile bank.
*Preparing monthly report about the financial situation of the company.
*Responsible for cash payment which made to or from the company.
*supervise and participate in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
*recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reports standards
*Coordination with the External Auditor to prepare financial statements in accordance with Egyptian accounting standards
*Review for the human resources rights (salaries, vacations, and loans.
Handling with all the accounts payable, accounts receivable and Notes payable.
Preparing monthly report about the financial situation of the Department
Responsible for cash payment which made to or from the company.
Handling Consignment .
Handling clients’ accounts.
Handling Suppliers’ accounts.
Pretty cash Settlement.
Check for the warehouse stock of the projects. Handling sub-contractors’ accounts
Prepare total balance of each project.
Responsible for some purchases.
Check on sales department performance, such as: price offers & sales turnover, discounts...etc.
Preparing reports about (inventory, sales flow, clients’ accounts, down payments, collections, commissions).
Responsible for issuing work orders.
Review payroll calculations & payments.
