As a construction storekeeper i have many important task to finish everyday. My responsibilities are as below:
1. Organize my team and distribute the daily task for them. Set a daily goal to make sure everything is under controll.
2. Order materials, accessories, tools and necessary products once it is below minimum quantity. Do physical count to make sure the quantity is there as per printed list of system log.
3. Receive materials and physically check the items as per approved order specifications and place them in store with proper safety rules and regulation, and update the invoice in ERP system online.
4. Issue the materials with issue voucher once have a approved requisition document.
5. Make additional log and separated area for chemical items. Follow the Materials safety data sheet( MSDS).
6. Prepare break down report of fixed assets once they are out of service and send them to workshop for repair.
7. Make physical inventory of consumable materials and fixed assets every month and make report for project manager.
8. Make a co ordinance with procurement department with the invoice of the items i already received in store for the payment to supplier. I make store received voucher.
9. Always work with the accordance of company policy.
