Banking: Responsible for conducting month-end close. ensures that all of the month’s financial activities have been documented. Responsible for bookkeeping, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. These monetary reports are reconciled along with the bank’s general ledger and compiled to create a month-end report.
Expenses: Advance and loan and mission allowances payment to employees.
Sales: Update customer accounts, Carry out reconciliations, Update and clear customer accounts
Accounting, reporting and reconciliations.
•Controlling and managing accounts receivables.
•Finalization of accounts & analysis.
•Management reporting along with variance analysis.
•Review of balance sheet items for accuracy and compliance with disclosure requirements stipulated by relevant accounting standards.
• Control and participate in monthly accrual process to ensure all expenses booked properly.
• Provide financial reports for auditors
•Prepare and control schedules for those accounts which is under area of responsibility
• Supervise General Ledger Administrator in assigned tasks.
