ACCOUNTANT & FINANCE SUPPORT (2020-2022)
Accounts payables:
-Maintaining payment cycles
-Processing payments
-Controls vendor and customer master function
-Processing ADHOC payments

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Segregating, recording and reimbursing petty cash- counting cash and reporting the same to the finance manager in order to avoid any conflicts of interest and biasness
• Working with the finance team to prepare for audits and liaising with the auditors for smooth completion as per the audit agendas
• Maintaining confidential payroll records, files, documentation; recorded employee information in system: new hires, terminations, exemptions, transfers, salary adjustments, bonuses, etc.
• Calculating and processing end of service, final settlements and overtime for the staff.
• Monitoring and reconciling bank, credit card and other online portal accounts.
• Ensure the key maintenance vendors are duly paid, to avoid any cessation or hindrance of the services.
• Reconciling inventory with logistics reports to generate storage invoices to bill customers based on their customized contracts.
• Recording, filing and documenting for the VAT submission.
• Ensuring compliance with the Federal Tax Authority Tax policies and the Financial Reporting standard (IFRS).
• Proficiently control legal and financial documents, route appropriately and develop new documents upon request

• Discover, analyze and resolve any variances, in the suppliers’ freight invoices by verifying the cost with the contractual rates, for the expenses to be recorded and classified correctly, with a profitable result.
• Counting the existing non-current Assets/Fixed assets and recording the physically disposed ones to avoid depreciating non-existent assets.
• Coordinate approval processes of all accounts payable invoices.
• Efficiently process vendor invoices and reconcile the invoices with the vendors on a monthly basis.
