 Windows98/Me/2000/Xp/VISTA/SEVEN/WINDOWS SERVER2003/WINDOWS SERVER 2008, Microsoft office 2000 / XP / 2003 / 2007/2010 use, installation and management.
 Computer Software and Hardware installation and update
Administrating and Managing Networks software and hardware (Switches, cabling .connections, security, firewall. . . .Etc)
 Provide necessary system (Forms, reports, database) support to all users within the company to maintain efficient workflow and follow up with the company provided the software to solve stuck issues.
 Communicating with third party technical specialists.
 Processing and installation of new Desktops and transfer old data if needed and create a new domain user and e-mail for the new employees and stop the old users in case of resignation and make sure to backup all his\her data before leaving.
 Working on the company's backup and disaster recovery plan.
 Apply the security systems and follow them up to make sure they are working effectively and up to date.
 Provide support for printers, scanners, photocopiers, faxes and any other related devices.
 Follow up new accounts and link them to the needed offices.
 Enter needed data on the Insurance Regulatory Commission modules monthly.
 Withdraw third parity polices data from Federation system and upload them to our system.
 Withdraw claims data from our system and send them to the Jordan Insurance Federation to upload them to their system.
 Follow up the shareholders system and data and prepare for the meetings when needed.
 Follow up old COBOL system to provide old reports from it when needed.
 Helping other departments in extracting monthly, quarterly and the audits reports.
 Follow-up to the social network Web page (Facebook) .
 Provide support to the branches as they are linked to the head office and working on the same system.
 Follow up security cameras and time attendance Software and Hardware.
 Maintaining equipment for inventory such as adapters and cables.
