✓ Main Achievements:
• Successfully managed the HR TEAMS project that was launched to enhance communication and as a helpdesk tool for the region. I collected relevant data, liaised with IT and procurement in order to customize the program to our needs and tests were done until we reached the best resolution.
• Proactively revised the time keeping/leaves practice in the office and created a manual for best practices based on staff needs. My recommendations shed light on the need to change the internal policy and a new module for practice was set in place.
