• Contribute to implementing the project plan, such as; supporting the consultants and project manager in assessments, analysis, data gathering, arranging for meetings/visits/focus groups, preparing templates/documents/reports and others as requested.
• Manages the announcements, planning and scheduling for TIGER activities.
• Follow up on volunteers under TIGER activities in terms of filtration and interviews before hiring, attendance, performance, visibility and understanding of internal and external COC guidelines.
• Prepare quarterly procurement plans for the resources needed for the TIGER activities.
• Coordinate between the multi stakeholders involved in the project and keep all abreast of any developments.
• Actively contribute to the updating of the project implementation plan.
• Produce and submit monthly reports on project activities as required and maintain/review project documentation as required.
• Prepare and improve the training materials for program like: (TOT/ life skills training / financial literacy for youth and adults / interactive games and psychosocial support / voluntary work / community initiatives.
• Provide the Finance department with all the needed documents regarding the volunteers under TIGER activities.
• In coordination with the Data Management Unit, she/he needs to develop and improve any needed forms or documents.
• Daily field visits to monitor ongoing activities in the Community Centers.
• Training for activity coaches on the assigned curriculum.
• Bi-weekly meetings with the volunteers under TIGER activities regarding their progress, achievements and challenges.
• Prepare annual evaluation forms for volunteers under TIGER.
• Immediate reporting for challenges and/or any protection concerns noticed in the field.
• Be part of the rotation regarding the process of time sheet tracking and preparation for volunteers.
• Design and propose new and creative activities or events for Blumont’s program, specifically in the UN International Days.
• Develop and plan activities, training and events in the project.
• Prepare strategic plans for the donor.
• Prepare periodic reports and finalist reports.
