• Contribute to implementing the project plan, such as; supporting the consultants and project manager in assessments, analysis, data gathering, arranging for meetings/visits/focus groups, preparing templates/documents/reports and others as requested.

• In coordination with the Data Management Unit, she/he needs to develop and improve any needed forms or documents.
• Daily field visits to monitor ongoing activities in the Community Centers.
• Training for activity coaches on the assigned curriculum.
• Bi-weekly meetings with the volunteers under TIGER activities regarding their progress, achievements and challenges.
• Prepare annual evaluation forms for volunteers under TIGER.
• Immediate reporting for challenges and/or any protection concerns noticed in the field.
• Be part of the rotation regarding the process of time sheet tracking and preparation for volunteers.
• Design and propose new and creative activities or events for Blumont’s program, specifically in the UN International Days.
