• Handling incoming correspondence in a timely and professional manner, managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation, organizing events and conferences, along with managing highly confidential documentation.
Responsibilities of Aircraft & Yacht:
• Managing, Analyzing, and reporting to the owner: crews' payroll, overheads, annual operation expenses on a timely basis for private Jet and Yacht.
• Responsible for booking all aspects and trip planning of domestic and international private jet flights for the owner, including dispatch release, comply with legal/governmental regulations
• Working closely with operations, feasibility, and scheduling departments regarding airport slots, weight limitations, fuel stops, mechanical and weather issues.
• Managing various accounting procedures.
• In charge of month-end closing and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and posted accurately.
• Formulating annual operation budgets and conducting variance analysis between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions, managing payroll and A/C crew expenses
• Preparing monthly reports, including profit & loss and balance sheet statements to keep track of financial performance.
• Responsible for VIP portfolios and customer transactions.
• Covering the local trading desk, advising and updating clients on market conditions on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE).
• Providing up-to-the-minute information on company results, corporate actions, and merger and acquisition activity.
• Daily trading on the local market for both Institutional and Individual clients.
• Following with institutional clients to keep them updated with all local market news & analysis.
• Analyze the fundamentals and techniques of the financial data announced by listing Companies
