Working in claims department gave me the opportunity to develop my medical
evaluation for different cases as well as understanding how to manage medical
evaluation according to different providers contracts.
Gained knowledge on how to deal with narcotic drugs, starting from purchasing point,
storage, up to distributing them in hospital floors, in accordance to the rules of the
JFDA. My responsibility also included preparing and processing the needed
applications for obtaining the JFDA approval.
❖ Dealing with customers directly through selling them the drugs, counseling them on
how to use them properly as well as explaining any possible contraindication.
➢ Volunteered at “Al-Hussein Institution for Orphans” Ministry of Social
Development, Amman, Jordan, 2010.
❖ As a volunteer, I spent time teaching the children, reading for them, and organizing
but most importantly being their friend.
