Responsibilities:
* Participating in conducting PRA’s (Participatory Rapid Appraisals) and selecting sites and schools to
implement the program.
* Establishing the educational centers and schools where the NFE (Non-Formal Education) will be
implemented

* Following up on providing educational centers and classes with the required equipment to implement
the project
* Participating in the NFE (Non- Formal Education) trainings that will target the NFE selected facilitators
* Follow up on implementation of the program in the field including Follow up on educational sessions
and groups activities both indoor and outdoor such as trips, camps and ceremonies.
* Documenting the monthly tasks and activities that are conducted
* Preparing monthly activities and achievements reports.
* Preparing the monthly plan for the NFE centers
* Preparing and participating in the periodical meetings that are held with the facilitators in the
different locations.
* Participating in the monthly and periodical institutional meetings of the NFE (Non- Formal Education)
project
* Raise awareness of the local community and establish strong relations with them, along with gaining
support for the program
* Build strong relations with all the educational staff in the centers.
* Updating the data and information of the beneficiaries of the project on monthly basis.
* Provides counsel, assistance, and support the Non-formal education center staff (Manager, facilitates,
and specialized teachers) of education program planning and management.
* Any other tasks assigned by Project Manager and/or Project Supervisor.

Cash for documentation Project
Responsibilities:
* Manage and track field staff and volunteers for the project’s outreach activities and field movement.
* Collect, analyse, monitor and manage the data received from the field in coordination with the M&E
team within the project.
* Focal point for filing that required the tasks of documenting and coordinating the project work by
filing and storing the work collected from the team members.
* Deep support the field coordinator and M&E in protection database monitoring and the distribution
activities by monitoring and following up on cash distribution process.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the locally available key stakeholders in the
targeted areas of intervention to ensure safe, supportive, and timely service delivery with the broadest
possible reach of assistance for individuals/households in need.
* Work with other community based organizations and coordination mechanisms to expand Mercy Corps
community network and work with a new partner to support the field monitors in identifying new cases
that need documentation and protection support.
* Follow up, including summarized information and preliminary analysis, to the Project Manager and
Protection Advisor for project monitoring purposes.
* Develop workable and flexible action plans and continuous improvement methods for outreach.
* Arrange for FGDs, information provision sessions and donor visits in the field (ex. coordinate with
beneficiaries) and coordinate with the focal points and concerned parties.
* Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to the PM in addition to statistics and figures reports.

Life skills and Outreach in ITS Makani project in Mafraq
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 60 volunteers by Ensuring good relations within and support the team, providing room
for constructive feedback on a regular basis, responding to any problems that staff may have and
identifying training needs of staff by facilitating/organising the trainings based on the needs analysis.
* Outreach Planning and implementing a best practice life skills program in addition to weekly and monthly
tracking for data of beneficiaries in 30 centres of vulnerable outreach community of above 3000
individual targeted in Makani Centres.
* Community engagement and empowerment through mobilization, awareness-raising, and general
outreach activities.
* Train Social Mobilisers and volunteers on the use of participatory approaches that are relevant to needs
analysis;
* Design and supervise life skills activities and oversee the financial/logistics aspects.
* Support line manager in planning, organizing and designing the various activities necessary to the
implementation of the community mobilisation strategy and prepare activity reports for the Project
Manager and assist the Programme Development team when reports are due to the donor.
* Responsible for ensuring adequate and timely data collection and compilation.
* Data management focal point.
* Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to the PM in addition to statistics and figures reports.

Protection department in in ITS Makani project in Mafraq
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager in all project activities especially manage psychosocial to ensure
he successful.
* PSS implementation under MAKANI project in Vulnerability Outreach Communities.
* Carry out Life skills program under Makani project; conducting LS facilitators’ TOT, planning, training,
support and monitoring all LS activities.
* Draft SOPs for LS activities.
* Plan and implement a best activities and practice to psychosocial support program for each children.
* Conducting individual household visits to identify vulnerability and any other specific needs.
* Establish good communication and coordination with various service providers and programs serving
beneficiaries in Makani project.
* Refer and follow up protection and health cases in 30 VOCs.
* Attend regular community meetings in targeted areas.
* Winterization emergency response focal point in Vulnerable Outreach Communities.
* Weekly and monthly tracking for 30 VOCs sites and above 3000 individual targeted in Makani.
* Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on projects indicators and various field reports.
* Data management focal point.
* Assist the refugee community to obtain information and access to available services

hygiene promotion - Azraq Camp & Host communities in Ajloun, Jarash and Zarqa
Responsibilities:
* Organize, supervise and promote hygiene promotion activities and allocating team work in
(ajloun, jarash, zarqa) and report directly to the Program Deputy Manager concerning any difficulties.
* Tracking resources and logistical requirements.
* Monitoring of the attendance of team members (arrival time, departure time, leave), and their
behaviour as a team player/ACTED employee.
* Coordinate meetings with organizations, universities, Governmental institutions, CBOs and Youth
centres to work activities (medical Day, Women's sessions, Family session, Individual session Children's
Activity, Lectures in communicable diseases, Health Committee in schools, Clean-up day and Mural).
Identify the most appropriate message regarding the target population and evaluate the necessary
material needed for activities.
* Work in close coordination and collaboration with hygiene promotion team and supervisors who work in
other departments in ACTED and Maintain strong relationship with the community.
* Maintain regular communication with the team when in the field and report immediate incidents to the
security contact point and program manager if they occur.
* Sharing information both with the team and from the team to the management.
* Focal point of: materials to the program, preparing games for activities, trainer to the new staff.
