* Participating in conducting PRA’s (Participatory Rapid Appraisals) and selecting sites and schools to
implement the program.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and track field staff and volunteers for the project’s outreach activities and field movement.
* Collect, analyse, monitor and manage the data received from the field in coordination with the M&E
team within the project.

* Arrange for FGDs, information provision sessions and donor visits in the field (ex. coordinate with
beneficiaries) and coordinate with the focal points and concerned parties.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 60 volunteers by Ensuring good relations within and support the team, providing room
for constructive feedback on a regular basis, responding to any problems that staff may have and
identifying training needs of staff by facilitating/organising the trainings based on the needs analysis.
* Outreach Planning and implementing a best practice life skills program in addition to weekly and monthly
tracking for data of beneficiaries in 30 centres of vulnerable outreach community of above 3000
individual targeted in Makani Centres.
* Community engagement and empowerment through mobilization, awareness-raising, and general
outreach activities.
* Train Social Mobilisers and volunteers on the use of participatory approaches that are relevant to needs
