- Present and update the orientation system.
- Responsible for car loans and all HR letters.

- Create the job analysis and job description forms (Scientific Office).
- Responsible for the screening process for all entry and senior levels.
- Responsible for the outsource recruitment agencies hiring in all positions.
- Organize and represent Al Andalous Group in employment fairs.
- Manage the social media connections.
- Manage the external training required for non-sales employees.
- Coach newly hired HR employee on the recruitment process.

- Organize Al Andalous Rising Stars Program’13 (Internal Assessment Center).
- Coordinate the recruitment for the expansion to hire 220+ employees in 3 months.
- Create the material for the “Recruitment & Selection Training” held by Al Andalous Training Academy.
- Coach newly hired HR employee on the recruitment process.
- Create the job analysis and job description forms (Manufacturing Site).

- Manage the social media connections.
