• Assess and evaluate in-house test drives for newly applied trainers.
• Lease with business development officer for all training delivery logistics.
• Contribute to the developments of my company catalog material enhancement (skills inventory).
• Frequent report to be delivered including training delivery, business opportunities, logistics on timeline.
• Facilitate, manage and deliver training for client as follows:
 United Bank call center.
 CIB call center.
 BNP call center.
 Internal clients.
 Connect call center (ART Off shoring call center)
• Provide reports on business opportunities for delivered program.
• Continuous self development based on training millage.
• Assisting the recruitment department in business development and open new network channels between our company and banks.
• Assisting the recruitment department to update their applications, assessments and advertising.
• Attended the interviews to choose the qualified candidates.
• Filtration and prescreening the resumes.
• Assisting to organizing the monthly payroll with the finance department.
• Following up with our clients to make sure from their satisfaction.

• I worked as senior agent in the complaint management (employee and not outsourcing) and this area want from us to be very quiet and in the same time have strong personality to handling the all types of problems with customers and also with agents inside Vodafone in fast way and without losing any customer and makes all of them loyal to our company.
• I worked as junior agent in the call center (employee and not outsourcing) for high and premium customers and the main objectives from my work to handling the customer's problem on the spot and makes them satisfied in the end of the call also giving them the full information about our services and products.
• I worked in the telesales (outsourcing agent) with all companies inside Egypt if they are multinational companies or small offices and my objectives from this work is how I can sell the products and the lines during the call with my voice tone and my way in persuading the customer only and for sure to be honest and friendly with them.

• I worked as agent in projects with others company (like if any company wants to make campaigns for the products or services they can use us) and the big project that I worked in and it was my step to join Vodafone called (Vodafone one campaign) with Vodafone company and during this project I was from the top achievers for 5 months.
• So I joined Vodafone in the campaign management and the objective from this work to calling the customer (outbound calls) for survey, selling products, explain services or making notification for the abusers and all of that in polite attitude and friendly way.
