• Worked on ARCON PAM Project implementation (This application is used for Privileged Access Management)
• Provide support on bank’s critical systems Moody’s Risk Analyst (MRA tool is used to monitor the company’s Financial performance using their balance sheet)
• Managed Credit Card Payment Process System (CPPS is used as a gateway for all credit card payment and maintain the SI details)
• Supported Salary System (This application used by HR team to pay the staffs salary where same system takes care of staff loan recovery as well)
• Worked on Exchange House system (This system process all customer’s card payments received from difference exchange houses), Overdue Recovery System (ODR system is used to recover all over due loan EMIs), Debit Card Registration (DCR system is used to register and process the customer’s Debit card request), Insurance Direct Debit (IDD), Orbus iServer and ARCOS (CenterPoint).
• Develop and maintain support procedures and other documentation as required to ensure the support, availability and continuity of IT services to agreed SLAs.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all key stakeholders across IT and the business.
