Managing the Brand Management and Marketing Communications function in terms of:

The Corporate Communication:
•Oversees the annual plan to deliver the company's objectives
•Conceive the annual business plan for the 24 months corporate and marketing activities, creating 360 campaigns, pricing, promotions, programs and executions.
•Direct the development and execution of the global brand communications initiatives including product launches, sales collateral, trade shows, campaigns, social site presence, company website, and corporate events.
•Ensure new communication campaigns and programs are aimed at reaching the brand position.
•Actively lead, build and manage the brand communications team, media agencies to produce high quality communications on time within the targeted budget.

The Brand Development:
•Lead the brand strategy and equity to help obtain maximum profitability.
•Develop relevant portfolios and product lines that falls under its relevant segment and customer.
•Ensure the mother brands' image is consistent across all mediums, segments and products. •Develop/ Create the brand guidelines and polices.

The Advertising/ Branding (Internal and External):
1.Advertising:
•Concepts' visualizing of the mood-boards and master visuals for all communication campaigns.
•Direct the MEA's in-house agency/ support the creative team with relevant design concepts when needed, manage the design firms/ agencies that have their own production departments.
•Develop all the prints, magazines, presentations and annual reports across all functions (CEO, HR, Finance, legal, etc..)
•Perform research to find target audience, holds focus groups, outlines goals, develops concepts, approves storyboards, approves copywriting, and sets budgets for ad campaigns.
2.Branding:
• Manage all the internal branding and designs for the premises to achieve the most productive environment.
• Develop/ create and design for all point of sales and rollouts to support the sales team achieve the targets.

The Retail Customer Experience Management:
• Mastermind the visual merchandizing and window displays annual plan per calendar/occasions, creates the thematic displays, activations, giveaways and materials.
• Develop/ produces all needed programs, applications and elements to facilitate the customers journeys in all stores.
• Ensure the facilities and maintenance teams are abiding with the retail guidelines.

The Public Relations and Events
•Develop all the corporate announcements (digital and prints), on-line magazines, newsletters and presentations.
• Creates annual/ board reports serving the CEO office and board of members, developing the companies forms and templates, legal documents and stamps.
•Ensure the Brand's tone of voice is consistent externally and internally.
• Set the relevant themes for all of the corporate events.
