1. Study all project documents and prepare cost and time baseline.
2. Issue the approved project budget and submit it to procurement and project management department.
3. Review and sign all purchasing orders to monitor it against budget and quantities.
4. Review and sign all subcontractors’ contracts to monitor it against budget and quantities.
5. Monitor and control project cost by periodically earned value reports.
6. Monitor and control project progress by periodically work progress reports.
7. Visit projects site periodically to ensure the actual work progress.
8. Sent justification report and corrective actions to the top management based on the periodic earned value reports.
9. Update budget when scope changes are approved.
10. Follow up invoice status on a monthly basis.
11. Attend periodic meetings with the top management team to discuss the issues related to cost report.
12. Prepare lesson learned to be submitted to all department.

1. Prepare and submit all equipment and material submittals for approval according to vendor list and after technical and
financial negotiations with suppliers.
2. Prepare purchasing requests for the approved equipment and materials and send it to procurement department.
3. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
4. Daily coordination with finance, logistics and project site.
5. Monitor project progress, budget, coordinating activities, resolving problems and claims.
6. Keep an accurate record of all elements of the projects, along with regular documentation of progress, incidents, site
conditions, changes in scope, claims, etc.
7. Prepare and submit variation orders for any change in scope.
8. Attends regular meetings and coordinate with related internal and external stockholders.
9. Inform management of any sudden changes due to unexpected absence or new urgent tasks.

2. Responsible to plan, organize and prioritize work, and confirm priorities when confronted with unusual situations.
3. Responsible for reviewing engineering specifications and drawings to insure compliance with company standards for Kitchen,
laundries & heating systems projects.
4. Responsible for defining specification requirements and seek out potential suppliers to meet those requirements on
specification, quality, delivery and price.
5. Prepare technical and financial submittals.
6. Responsible to ensure that all purchase orders are received by the downstream departments entered in a timely manner with
sufficient information to complete the work.
7. Handle the owners required modifications and prepare variation orders.
