Develop the accounting policies, procedures and systems.
• Develop and deploy required financial & bookkeeping system.
• Prepare financial statements, reports and general ledger .
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial performance report for CEO.
• Perform needed accounting activities, i.e. receivables, payable etc.
• Record and release invoicing and ensure all details in financial system are up to date.
• Manage Receivables & Payables.

• Conduct and analyze feasibility of new projects with Business Development.
• Manage fixed asset accounts.
• Liaison with Bank and other financial institutions for Funding activities.
• manage the outstanding sales balances falling due and contact Salesmen before Customer balances
become overdue to confirm payments.

-Work on and participate in the preparation of a new database system including inventory,
purchases, Suppliers, accounting and human resources.
- Calculating costs, preparing budgets and making reports of deviations.
- Inventory control and carry out annual inventory work.
- Monitor assets, work reports and calculate annual depreciation
- Prepare payroll and transfer to the bank and make monthly entries.
-Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
-Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.

-Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
-Assist with reviewing of expenses, etc. as assigned.

Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and
analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing
balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and
procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering
questions.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account
information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting
disbursements.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting
accounting policy and regulations.
Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying
existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and
advising management on needed actions.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
account information and trends.
