The Role
 Responsible for the revenue generation of Rs.10.50Cr per month (achieving both primary & secondary targets of handsets & recharge) from the entire distribution setup in Tirupathi Hub.
 Responsible for acquiring 150000+ Prepaid Subscribers every month (Achieving Territory targets of handsets & Sims).
 Evaluate the current efforts of a team of 3 ASMs, 11 Channel Sales Managers & 18 PSRs, guide them and motivate them through on-the-field and off-the-field training sessions and regular feedback.
 Design schemes and promotions to increase the width and depth of distribution in order to drive new customer acquisitions and there by enhancing revenues.
 Drive merchandising excellence for visibility leadership in the Hub through proper guidance to the CSMs and coordination with the circle marketing team.
 Launching all the new towns in a big bang way by implementing activities like market storming, auto rallies and high level of visibility.
 Planning & implementing Logistics with respect to stocks.
 Maintaining Continuous inflow & outflow of communication both Upwards and Downwards.
 Taking care of Distributor profitability month on month.
 Handling the KROs, increasing the counter share in these outlets with regular contacts and designing special promotional activities both in shop and out shop.
