1. Supervision all working location and job Schedule making.
2. Team works.
3. Decision maker and job planer.
4. MRF and LPO making.
5. Purchasing.
6. Taking care about the production cost.
7. Computerize maintenance system (C M S)
8. Preventive maintenance system (P M S).
9. Trouble shooting and repair all kitchen equipment.
10. Refrigerator, chiller and Central A/c maintenance, trouble shooting, repairs.
11. Electrical and gas welding.
12. Exhaust fan maintenance and all kinds of plumbing and electrical works.
13. Monitoring all the maintenance and ensure that, all the production and service supporting equipments are running well.
14. Ensuring proper staff facilities & coordinating with our management to support staff facilities.
15. Taking care of the Restaurant, Hot & Cold Kitchen, and Pastry & Bakery machine.
16. Chiller maintenance (York & carrier).such as fault finding, repair, gas charge & troubleshooting.
17. Chiller compressor Overhauling / Rerolling.
18. A H U & F C U installation & piping.
19. Electrical wiring and D/B fixing. Electrical panel works.
20. All kinds of building maintenance works.
21. Electrical and gas welding
22. Purchasing
23. Fire system monitoring and repair.
24. Chilled water pumps checking, find-out problem and repairing.
25. Painting and Plumbing works.
26. Assembly and Repairing, installation and servicing all kinds of window type A/c, split type A/c, duct type A/c and centralized air-conditioning units and cold store.
27. Installation & repair home appliance such as Washing machine, Dryer, cooking equipment, micro oven etc.
