• Assist the Principal Architect on special projects that may be assigned by top management involving design and supervision
• Responsible also for the preparation of CAD blocks, templates and libraries.
• Responsible for the printing and checking of accomplished drawings in the standard format as part of the QA process and ensure that all documentary requirements are met.
• Assist the Principal Architect and Senior Architect in the research of materials and finishes to complete the detailed design drawings per project and compile them accordingly.
• Assist the Senior Architect in the preparation of the drawing list and target details to ensure that the target schedule will be met.
• Responsible for the verification and confirmation on all information provided by the Senior Architect and Principal Architect to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the drawings produced.
• Assigned for the 3d Revit modelling of the Interior Units ( Wall Partition, Shaft, Core, Columns, Shear wall, Room Details) and Develop Revit Parametric Families for Caseworks, Furniture & Fixtures
• Responsible for the main support and involvement in the preparation of detailed design drawing package of assigned projects from the schematic design stage up to the tender documents stage.
• Develop standard details to be used by the team in the preparation of REVIT Architectural libraries that will be used for the preparation of tender and construction documents.
• Responsible for 3d modelling and visualization of assigned project and translates layout and compilation of 2d references/ sketches/ instructions (structural & architectural) using Autodesk Revit.
• Ensures construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modelling.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Exports DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.
• Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
• Maintains and upgrades templates and libraries, develop parametric families and make quantity take offs using Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Produces quality rebar shop drawings and rebar cutting lists from specific details/ references in line with Client’s/ Construction schedule and requirements.
• Works with the production team preparing CAD drawings using CAD software. These will range from Schematic Design, Design Development and Contract Document Phase as well as interior design drawing documentation.
• Attends coordination meetings with consultants and all project personnel for client’s requirements and project progress.
• Assisted in Preparation of Technical Specification of the project.
• Responsible for Material selections and working closely with interior fit out and refurbishment team consultants to execute the design construction for sales pavilion or showroom.
• Experienced in mixed-use commercial (hotel, BPO, mall) build out and redevelopment projects.
• Producing detailed drawings and specifications for construction team.
• Assisted in preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections and detail sheets.
• Exposed to site visits and project managements, meetings & technical reports.
• Working closely with other professionals like surveyors and civil engineers.
