 Develop and utilize effective filing of documents and other clerical works
 Receive deliveries from supplier if the store in-charge is out
 Organize delivery note for the client’s job order
 Receive cash or cheque payments from clients in return of receipt voucher
 Daily updating and screening of emails and distribute to consent person
 Ensuring that all client’s profile are recorded
 Assist GM & Production Manager’s need.
 Maintain good relationship to clients
 Maintaining the high presentation standard of the reception area
