In Charge of Improving the Performance & Applying the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 at the ''Consumers Affairs Department & Related Services Centers" at Different areas in Kuwait .
Management Representative & Team Leader of the Project.
My main job responsibilities is to determine and establish procedures and quality standards. Every day I Direct, Control, organize and follow up with four quality control supervisors through scheduling a daily plan for work and determine the time frame for each task to be done so everyone knows his responsibilities and tasks. Solve any problem faces the quality team and reports to the manager. Make different review meetings with my team when needed. Supervising the whole technical staff. Defining the areas of waste and problems in the factory. Make operational analysis for the processes and develop many different solutions for such problems in order to improve the production, minimize waste and best utilize the available sources. Applying many tools for improvement like 5S and Lean Manufacturing tools. The company is looking forward to be ISO 22000 certified so I was also appointed as the Management Representative ‘’FS Team Leader’’. So I’m responsible to implement the system here and improve it. Hold any meeting needed with the third parties such like the Certification Company.
I've completed my Engineering training course at Combined Group Contracting Company, at Summer 2013, My training course was spent at the QA/QC Department as Quality Control & Quality Assurance Engineer.
* I've looked over many Quality Management System procedures regarding to the ISO 9001 as C.G.C complies with and understand the way of building up.
* Got familiar with many Quality Control & Quality Assurance processes.
* Improved many procedures for the company such like the Project Quality Plan procedure after comparing between the approved one and the customer requirements
* Draw the process flow charts of many Quality Procedures using Microsoft office Visio.
* got familiar with all processes done at the company by following their procedures and forms.
* Made an Internal Quality Audit on many internal Departments and factories of the company.
* Reported the results if there is any Non conformity, opportunity for improvements, area of concern or positive observation.and follow up the process of improving or solving such problems.
* I've got an Excellent recommendation from my Supervisor Eng. Mohammad Balat, Corporate Quality Manager at Combined Group Contracting Company.
I've chosen my major as Industrial Engineering because I love the fact of being creative, solving problems and improve process to achieve best quality in the quickest and minimal cost way. I've done many projects during my study at the university, I got my highest marks in doing such projects because i really love the practical work. ** Applied engineering Statistics: - Finding Factors affecting Myopia. - Gathering work and supporting Data by performing a survey. -Data collected from filled surveys and manipulated by Minitab. -Regression Analysis, Basic analysis of variance, fits and residuals were done. -Conclude whether a linear relationship exists between the response and regressor variables. ** Work and Measurement analysis: - Applying Macro and Micro Motion study on plastic bags factory in Ramtha, Jordan where the production line were followed from raw materials to final products - The Current state of the plant was evaluated and proposed process chart, flow chart & Operation machine chart were developed which guarantees a time and motion reduction. ** Human Factors Engineering: - Visiting Mobedco-Vet Factory at AL-Hasan Industrial Estate, Irbid, where we follow the Process of producing pesticides and veterinary drugs. - Finding the cumulative trauma disorder and the risks of repetitive motion trying to reduce illness and injuries could occur by performing improvements in each case. Communication Skills Course - I worked as the leader of my team which composed of five Engineering students; we made a project about "Qatar Hostility of the World Cup 2022". - Took the highest mark among the team in both reporting & presenting skills. ** Introduction to Project Management : - A study to ensure a success management of establishing a tunnel was made. - Project and stages, the 4D Model of project management was constructed for establishing a tunnel. - Using project Microsoft Program for visually enhancement to simplify planning, collaboration and resource management for establishing a tunnel. ** Supply Chain Management : - Played the Supply Chain Game which is an online simulator where you can expand and manage a supply network of factories & warehouses on the fictional continent of Pangea. - Many decisions were made considering: the Capacity, Establishing new factories & warehouses, Inventory level, batch size, Reorder points and the transport mode. - The objective is to maximize the cash generated by the foam technology over the remaining year of its lifetime. **Total Quality Management : I've made a feasibility study for a small company with the limited budget of 10,000 J.D. - ''Cleans on Wheels car cleaning company'' is a moving cleaning service that aims for cleaning cars (interior and exterior) at the doorstep of the customer. - The main idea behind a moving cleaning service is to have the customer relieved from thinking about some free time to take his car to the washing station. - Customer Segmentation, Must Have Characteristics ''KANO MODEL'' , feasibility study, Price list and Expected Income were all made for my small company. - The idea and the analysis was great as my doctor said and he recommended it very well. **Graduation Project: - My graduation project was made in the field of designing seven different material handling systems for E.P.I which is a Plastic Industries company located at Jordan. - Analyzing the developed alternative designs with respect to time cost and many other factors. - Selecting the best design using the analytic hierarchy process by Expert Choice Software, the design is now applied in the factory and improves the process very well. * Thanks to God, Amman Chamber of Industry payed for my graduation project in-order to get my ideas and apply them in reality.
