● Assisting on arrangement for staff insurances, monthly salaries and visa processes
● Handles cash, check payments, bank transactions in related to the CEO’s financial accounts
● Coordinates with various suppliers including food, maintenance, office supplies and marketing requirements
● Regularly reports to the CEO regarding status and development of numerous company businesses operations
● Responsible for arranging and organizing appointments, meetings, and travels for the CEO and Directors
● Serves as a contact for job advertising, job openings and current job applications
● Maintaining records, databases, documents and files
● Carrying out background research works and presenting findings
● Dealing with incoming emails, enquiries, requests and meetings that often corresponds on behalf of the CEO
● Handles Petty cash, preparing purchase orders and checking of incoming deliveries.
● Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and
emails
● Recording sales information and sending copies to the sales office
● Entering data in the computer system such as inventories, sales reports and purchase orders
● Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information regarding sales.
● Monitoring slow sellers and ensuring that best sellers are meet their full potential
● Ensuring that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.

● Assists the sales team, managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
● Produces reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve sales
and operation.
● Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients
● Accomplishing Monthly Reports, Inventories and Sales Reports.
● Maintain and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
● To maintain positive quota monthly and achieve sales targets
● Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
● Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner on the telephone or via e-mail
● Produces e-mails, correspondence, quotations for existing clients and business partners.
● Maintaining effective records, files and assures data are accessible at all times.
● Use of various computer packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint for any reports submittals.
● Handles accounts of clients and follows up credits and payments.
