Supervise and provide the logistical support for the delivery of the professional development and preparation courses programs
- Monitor and review the progress of instructors through evaluations and questionnaires
- Liaise with procurement to order books and other needed materials for training division

- Prepare all needed course documentation using the course forms and templates
- Maintain, update and distribute electronic course schedules including those published on the web
- Issue attendance certificates and distribute such to trainees or deliver certificates to the customer organization
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Coordinate and monitor purchase of all office and training logistics
- Maintain and update staff files
- Monitor legal status of all staff
- Ensure that the Health Insurance is accessible for all staff
- Issue invoices and follow up collections
- Make sure that the collected revenues are deposited in the bank
- Supervise and approve petty cash payments and purchases
Responsible of day to day operations for the company and managing administrative activities.
- Plan, organize in-house and off-site training courses, workshops and other program activities
- Managing courseware and reference materials: ordering, distribution and inventory management
- Monitor and follow-up on the performance of trainers during the implementation phase of the activities.
- Develop and implement training evaluation tools
- Analyze customer feedback to develop and improve upon Sanaya courses, seminars and training programs
- Ensure that all data related to programs, trainers and clients are entered Sanaya's training register database
- Provide technical and financial input into development of proposals in response to clients' requested
- Assisting in designing training courses.
- Reviewing the bids, requests for proposals and budgets of training activities
- Ensure trainers receive the proper materials and logistics
- Create and maintain relations with new customers

- Ensure the recruitment of short-term trainers and consultants to deliver various courses, seminars and programs
- Creating and developing administrative & HR forms to be used by all department
- Managing the day-to-day HR activities.
- Conducting executive search and recruiting employees both internally and externally according to the identified requirements and specifications.
- Preparing and updating the HR reports.
- Creating the filing system of the company & human resources department.
- Controlling and managing attendance, leaves, overtime and schedule management.
- Responsible for social security and medical insurance.
- Maintaining and providing information of employment benefits such as social security and medical insurance
- Controlling and arranging the accommodation, residence & work permits of the expatriate employees.
