Duties and Responsibilities:
•Contribute to the planning and implementation of RHAS advocacy campaigns and contribute to communication and awareness campaigns run and contributed to by RHAS to add an Advocacy perspective.
•Contribute to developing strategic partnerships with key actors to achieve policy goals and formulate advocacy messaging and narrative.
•Contribute to producing various information products, including audio/visual communications, when needed to achieve specific policy goals.
•Contribute to the development & dissemination of policy analysis and advocacy materials, including position papers, policy briefings, presentations, and other advocacy materials and communication media.
•Contribute to the identification of key opportunities in the short and long term in which RHAS can influence policy processes.
•Coordinate and facilitate advocacy workshops, conferences, and events.
•Coordinate with RHAS partners, ministries, stakeholders to advance RHAS policy agenda, including various working groups and alliances.
•Represent RHAS as needed in external meetings.
•Develop technical reports related to a number of Projects (progress reports, quarterly reports, annual and final reports) in a narrative and descriptive manner.
•In charge of proper documentation and data gathering of all project-related data.
•Creative use of visual aids in reports and presentations, such as charts, graphs, and diagrams, to support the narrative part.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage and coordinate the planning and implementation of assigned projects, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and in a timely manner and report promptly any operational concerns (e.g., projected failure to meet objectives, increased beneficiary needs, projected over or under-spending on project budget).
•Track day-to-day progress against project milestones and activities against scheduled work plans and overall project objectives.
•Work closely with various teams and departments as required.

•Coach internal teams on training delivery.
•Oversee the procurement of supplies, equipment, and materials needed for the project's implementation.
•Responsible for supporting the project's advocacy plan.
•Monitor project expenditures and ensure the budget is strictly adhered to, financial procedures are observed, and all supporting documents are provided.
•Actively assist and participate in project events (meetings/workshops/trainings).
•Ensure transparency, ethical conduct, and efficiency in project implementation.
•Report to the Project Manager any changes that impact the project implementation.
•Responsible for monitoring and supervising field activities to ensure effective implementation.
