I have been working as Team Leader in the Commercial Department- Contracting Unit since February 2013. I supervise three relationship managers handling 44 borrowing relationships with total portfolio size of SR2.2MM.
The major roles I conduct are as follows:
 Identify strengths and weaknesses of existing clients and find ways to enhance the relationship.
 Introduce new borrowing relationships
 Cross sell banking products.
 Monitor and manage team’s performance through monthly budget versus actual.
 Finalize all approvals, and pending issues with Head office to ensure mutual satisfaction of customers and entertain bank’s policy.
 Deputize The Regional Head when presenting high exposure clients to Executive committee.
