Review and validate client's data as it is collected.
Using phone calls to service providers in the US and Canada. Review
customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization. Cooperate
with our IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it
possible for us to leverage big data use cases. Prepare the work process
Material and update the oldest one. Prepare the Daily duties for the Team and
distributing tasks.
Give training session to the new employee.
Prepare the weekly and Monthly Quality reports and prepare and evaluate the
team's performance as well as the agent's performance. Find new and better
ways to decreases Errors and make the task easier.
Listening to the Economics' expert incoming and outgoing calls with the
clients, deducting if there are any red flags, common Mistakes, or
improvement points during their calls.
Evaluate the call's quality, and find the Agent's good characteristic.
Prepare the Monthly and daily evaluation reports for each agent and
motivate them to improve their provided service.
Provide the leaders with the final report about each agent.
Call the new clients, check their information, and ask them to send the
required doc and follow the Verification's process steps. Check the
client's Financial stability, Official doc, and prepare the World check
recorded for them.
Update their account with the necessary information.
