expense management (TEM).

distributing tasks.
Give training session to the new employee.
Prepare the weekly and Monthly Quality reports and prepare and evaluate the
team's performance as well as the agent's performance. Find new and better
ways to decreases Errors and make the task easier.

QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATE

Listening to the Economics' expert incoming and outgoing calls with the
clients, deducting if there are any red flags, common Mistakes, or
improvement points during their calls.
Evaluate the call's quality, and find the Agent's good characteristic.
Prepare the Monthly and daily evaluation reports for each agent and
motivate them to improve their provided service.
Provide the leaders with the final report about each agent.
