Installation and configuration all AV
equipment, including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers,
cameras, video switchers, and lighting systems.

Coordinate with Event Organizers to understand their AV requirements, advise on technical capabilities, and
recommend appropriate AV solutions.

Conduct pre-event setup and testing of AV equipment, ensuring proper functionality, connectivity, and synchronization

Ensure adherence to AV best practices and safety guidelines during equipment setup and operation.

Provide on-site support during events, Managing AV equipment operation, Troubleshooting technical issues,
and Ensuring smooth AV integration with presentations.

Coordinate with Presenters, Speakers, and Performers to gather and optimize audio and visual content for
seamless integration into AV systems.

Assist in the coordination of Live Streaming, Video Conferencing, or Remote Participation Components
of events.

Monitor the operation and security of all computer
hardware and ensure that it is operating properly

Serve as primary contact for all servicing of computers, printers, etc

Maintain a sufficient inventory of all office and computer supplies

Maintain all hardware and software logs updated as per departmental working procedures

Maintain the documentation of all hardware configuration and inventory

Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described

Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, etc.

Maintain all users’ access request and authorizations.

Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support

Coordinate the installation of all new applications required and recommended

Provide system support services, troubleshooting and restoration of service, virus protection management

Perform technical support to all users (information, troubleshooting, remote assistance, installation, etc)

Provide 24 / 7 support for mission critical systems

Assist in management of third party vendors.

Assist at network support and security of Hotel network, Active Directory maintenance

Good knowledge and support for Desktop OS and applications including patches

Maintain and promote Four Seasons core technology standards as outlined in the Four Seasons IT Core Standards

Assist in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades and troubleshooting

Ensure effective support for other systems, including back office, sales and catering and human resources applications and any other at the property
