DMS provides customized ERP for Hospital Management System, as a quality engineer the following responsibilities have been assigned to me:
- Helping programmers during system (ERP) customization, ex: provide use cases, flowcharts.
- Interacting with designers to understand software limitations.
- Perform system testing.
- Tracing errors and defects through Toad for Oracle tool / Monitoring tool, defect root cause identifying in programming code.
- UAT testing.
- Testing new component releases / Beta testing.
- Giving training sessions to the end users.
- Interacting with internal users and customers to gather and document requirements.
- System Implementation.
- Technical support and problem solving.
- System Integration with other systems. HL7 language
- Document requirements.
- Reporting defects / IBM rational
