- Oversees all IT projects. Monitor systems installation, configure and proven presentation skiils to assure data and revenue consistency of any new system.
- Manage any technology change including communication to hotel users and management.
- Responsible for all information systems: TMS, BO, POS, PABX, CAS, HR, HSIA and wireless internet.
- A 5 years computerization plan and systems development to lead the hotel into professional and comprehensive IT plan.

- Start with Jordan Data System as a Technical Engineer from 1994 to November 1995.
My responsibilities were:
** Maintain terminal, printers, ONLINE printers and other computer periphirals.
** Assembling computers.
** Install and configure MainFrame servers by using DG/Unix for Banks (Jordan Investment Bank, Amman-Cairo Bank and Jordan-Kuwait Bank), Jordan Income Tax and Social Security Department.

- Promoted as Hospitality Systems Engineer on November 1995.
My responsibilities were:
** The network infrastructure of most 5* hotels (InterContinental, Marriott, Movenpick and Forte Grand).
** Install, configure and support most of hospitality systems like Fidelio FO, Fidelio F&B, Fidelio Back Office, Micros4700, Micros8700, Ving Card Door Lock system, Interactive TV and interfaces in most of 5* hotels(Jordan InterContinental, Amra Forum, Petra Forum, Marriott, Forte Grand, Movenpick and Taybet Zaman).

- I was promoted to Hospitality Project Manager in May 1997.
The responsibility were:

** 7 employees were reporting to me and I was reporting to the devision manager.
