Working as System Engineer, IP Network Engineer, in BITS ARABIA-Jeddah
Network planning, design, and configuration LAN network with different type of switches (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Ruckus, Brocade), follow the team in the sites.
Prepare design documentation and data review packages for customer review, using Microsoft Visio for drawing and design, Virtual RF for heat maps, and Microsoft Project for planning.
IPTV system, configure and maintain headend, VOD, STB's etc. for clients and system integrators, configure the hospitality portal using xml language. Especially in TriplePlay IPTV software, deal with all option and known exactly for the installations.
Trouble-shoot system problems analyze system and application log files and interface with internal group and partners on configuration and technical integration of content and services.
Responsible for configuration the Showcase and Development Head Ends to allow maximum flexibility and availability for both Sales and Test Engineers.
Support the client by ticketing system and follow the tickets until solved.
Supports planning/installation of networking equipment, systems and services.
Meets with management as required and provides status reports as required.

Provides input to management for design changes or improved operations of campus IP backbone.
