Managing a distributor network for the company’s business segments in KSA. Develop relevant market understanding, strategy and execution to generate year over year improved revenue, margin and brand recognition. Responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) within the region. Develop a long range plan and yearly Business plan with recommendations on required infrastructure to support them. Accountability to ensure that all business practices are conducted to the highest ethical standards, including interaction with customers, local authorities, internal controls and compliance with Hill-Rom’s internal policies and procedures as well as local regulations
Build the annual long range plan and operating plan in close coordination with the leadership
Be part of and work closely with the regional management team, contributing on a harmonized regional approach.
Manages marketing, sales and customer accounts, in the business of Medical Imaging. Contribute to strategic marketing planning, revenue growth, sales forecasting, cash collection, customer satisfaction and overall related operations.
Marketing and sales strategic planing, action planing and delivery for all service contracts and Spare Parts pertaining to Diagnostic Imaging equipment. Also, performs sales forecasting and analysis.
Responsible for all the operational aspects in the Lab, including infrastructure, space, accreditation, quality assurance & improvement, environment & safety, procurement, personnel, IT, security, biomed, maintenance, inventory and budget.
Also, worked as a Marketing Manager, developing marketing stratigies and marketing plans for the dignostic departments (Lab & Radiology).
Achievements: JCIA, CCHSA, ASHSI & CAP AccreditationS.
IMS & LIS Implementations in the Lab.
Responsibilities included: Sales, applications and Training on all Dade Behring Laboratory Analyzers including (Clinical Chemistry, Plasma Proteins, Cardiac POC, Coagulation, Infectious Diseases, Toxicology and Microbiology.
Involvement in making “Business Plans”, Launching of new products, pricing, Estimating Sales forecasts and Training of Laboratory Staff and Company Application Specialists, IDD Technical Support Group Leader.
